You may now submit your
Municipal Clerk's Annual Report Electronically.
Go to www.racin~.state.ny.us and proceed to the following screens: Charitable Gaming,
then Electronic Forms, then Clerk Registration.
Quick Instructions on Registering:
1) Click on the "Clerk Registration" tab making sure that each white box is completed.
2) After registering, click on the "Log In" tab. The screen will not change but you should see
"Successful Enrollment" at the bottom of the screen.
3) In the middle of the screen, click on the "E-File" button to the right of the Municipal Clerk Annual
Report Line.
4) Begin entering your information. Click on the "Save" button as you go. Do not click on the "Submit"
button until you are completely finished filling out the report.
5) You should receive a confirmation email from us with a day or two (if you do not receive
one contact Tracey Rubino at tracey.rubino~,racing.ny_gov or at (518) 395-5400 ext. 1309).
This is your receipt which should be printed.
