hiring 2 boys to mark the baseball fields. Mr. Wood said he usually takes care
of that concern.

9. Mr. Pete Loussedes of the Early Bird Softball Tournament requested
the use of a field at Robinson Lane on a Saturday and Sunday sometime in
April. It was decided that if no tryouts or games were scheduled for that time,

prepared listing the conditions for use. Each person must fill out this formal

IMPROVEMENTS AT ROBINSON LANE
The Commission suggested that a letter be sent to the Town Board
requesting the status of the expansion of the facilities at the above site and
the money appropriated for the handicapped bathrooms. At the conclusion of
our meeting, we met with the Town Board and were told that they were presently
re-doing the plans for the handicapped facilities and were then going to bid.
The money being used was the $14.4 consortium funds. Nothing further is being
done regarding the expansion of the building at this time.
BARN
When we met with the Town Board we also discussed their feelings on
the barn renovation. They stated that before any work is done on the barn, they
would like to know that there is a majority vote of the Recreation Commission
in agreement that this project be undertaken.
SCHLATHAUS PROPERTY
There was a discussion regarding the use of the house on the above
property. Mr. Presti expressed his concern that the rooms were too small to
use as any type of meeting room. It was decided that this was not a priority
at this time.
