Mr. Reimer reported the following:
1. The winter programs are going well. The gymnastics

had to be cancelled but we were able to get an extension to
Ap r i 1 16 t h .

and the hats and visors are on order. This will be very
helpful in identifying our employees especially on field
trips i.e. Splashdown etc.

he will work up a schedule and send out notices.
A letter was received from Ed Carbonaro, regarding
the Big Girls Program ages 16-18, requesting a field for
their program on Wednesdays and Sundays. There seems to be a
problem as to what league they would be in whether Little
League Dr Babe Ruth.
Mr. Wood made a motion to let the girls ages 16-18
regardless of their organization affiliation use the girls
field on Wednesday and Sunday as long as the home field team
is from Wappinger. Seconded by Mr. Maurer. All in favor.
4. Several concerts and summer playground special
activities have been planned and a report will be handed out
when plans are complete.

There was some problem getting the school facilities for
the Easter Party. It was decided that time was getting short
to make other arrangements therefore, it was decided to
cancel it for this year. Hopefully next year something can
be done earlier regarding facilities and it won't conflict
with Passover which was another problem this year.

He saw a Senior Citizen Paintings Exhibit at Fishkill
Health Related Center and would like to bring the exhibit to
our Senior Citizen Room. The teacher has been up and looked
at our room and thought it would be a perfect place for an
exhibit. Mr. Mastroianni will write to Mrs. Paino regarding
this.
The Senior Exercise Program would like to start again at
the Zion Church. Mr. Mastroianni will follow up on this.
Mr. Wood reminded the Commission that we need to hire
someone to line fields and also work with Mr. Vorndran in the
Maintenance Dept.
He also mentioned that he noticed that people have been
dumping on the property next to the Barn. It was suggested
that "No Dumping" signs be placed thel-e.
It was decided that the dumpster normally placed at
Martz Field in the parking area be now placed behind the Barn
where it is locked.
A portajohn should be ordered for Robinson Lane to be
