A. The character of the neighborhood will not change as the proposed
application will duplicate the existing residential use and will
correspond with the adjacent properties.
B. The variance is requested because the client wishes to add a front
porch to the proposed structure.
C. The request is not believed to be substantial as the applicant is only
requesting an additional 17.7' variance for the front yard.
D. The physical environmental conditions in the neighborhood will not
be impacted as the proposed use is consistent with the existing and
surrounding uses.
E. The applicant wishes to construct a residence on apre-existing non-
conforming footprint.
F. This project is not unique to the area.

Dear Mr. Nesheiwat:
On January 7, 2013 this department received your Application for Approval of a Residential Sewage
Disposal System (Form DC. San 34) from the building inspector. Our records indicate that there is no
approved plan for arrangements of sewage disposal and/or water supply for this lot.
Please be advised that you must retain the services of a New York State Licensed Professional Engineer,
Registered Architect or Licensed Surveyor with an "N" exemption to submit a proposal to this department
for the arrangement of sewage disposal and/or water supply, including an application, a plan, the appropriate
reports, results of soil tests, and review fees. The DC San 34 cannot be processed until a plan is approved
by this department.
