Thank you for speaking with me earlier. This office is representing the Town of Wappinger in the above property
damage matter arising from a backup in the sewer line located at 4 Lydia Drive in Wappingers Falls.
I am writing to request that a search of your records be conducted to confirm whether or not the Town had ever
received any complaints or prior written notice of defects in this particular sewer line.
We understand that the sewer line was installed by the Town back in the 1970's.
