Re: UPDATED PLANNING BOARD MEETING -APRIL 11, 2013
The next meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Wappingers Falls will be held on Thursday,
April 11. 2013 (this is a chance from our scheduled April 4. 2013 date), 7:30 p.m., American
Legion Hall, 7 Spring Street. Following is the agenda:
Proposed sign for Nuvo Cigarettes, 16 Market Street
Proposed sign for Eat. Paint. Love. Studio located at 2689 West Main Street.
Proposed subdivision for lands located at 7-9 Franklindale Avenue.
Public hearing from KC Engineering and Land Surveying, PC representing Tri-Municipal Sewer
Commission for a building to house a self cleaning bar screen that will remove rags and debris before
the sewerage enters the pump station at 128 Market Street.
Proposal from Hudson Valley Housing Development Fund Co., Inc. with a proposal for exterior
renovations at 2675 West Main Street and 1 Givans Avenue.
Discussion with Creekside Springs, LLC regarding reduction in their Erosion Control Bond for their
site plan for three buildings (44 units) at Franklindale Avenue.
Review and discussion of proposed Village Highway Garage to be located at 100 Market Street.
