I am representing my Aunt Mrs. Kutz, who is in a nursing home and my
uncle has passed away. I am looking to sell the property and a variance
is needed for the greenhouse that is attached to the house to allow me to
obtain a clear CO.

This will need a building permit also.

It seems to be very pleasant there and none of the neighbors seem to
have a problem with it.

I would like to propose a two car detached garage in the front of
my house because it really can't be located on the side because of
an existing leech field and the back has my well. This garage
would be accessible off of the driveway blacktop as you pull in.
My driveway is almost 1000 feet long and I have only one
neighbor.
This garage will be 1000 feet in from the roadway?
Probably more like 800 feet.
How big is this garage?
It's 24 X 24 feet. I will design this so that the roof stays low with
no storage. It will be vinyl sided also like the house.
Where is Wild Turkey Run?
It's right off of Old State Road and River Road by the Baisleys.
You cannot see my house from the road.
We will do a site inspection and come out and look at it on
Saturday, August 27,2005 We will set your public hearing for
September 13,2005.
