I am an attorney representing the property owner. Hopefully you have
received a referral from the planning board on this application. We are
seeking two variances from this board. The first is a side yard setback
for a potable water tank and the second is for an easement on the
adjoining property that the applicant also owns for a landscape buffer.
Can you show us on this map where this would be?
Let me give you a copy of the metes and bounds that we have with us
tonight.
If this property is ever sold does the easement stay with the property?
Yes. Our narrative explains the reasons why we need this. This is the
highest point on the property.
Mr. DellaCorte: It looks like the closest house is the Marino's over here.
Mr. Fanuele:
We will find out at the public hearing if there is opposition to the water
mam.

Yes. It will come up the ROW of Chelsea Road.
Is there an expansion planned for more apartments?
Not at this time. This parcel here is not zoned for apartments, it's
residential.
Mr. DellaCorte: The waste storage, will that increase?

Mr. Leary:
No. We are not proposing to increase that.
So this is just in case of an emergency?
Actually they have some existing water quality conditions such as iron
and magnesium in the water.
WilllOO % ofthe water come from here when the system gets done?
Yes.
Any other questions? Hearing none. We will set your public hearing
for Wednesday, April 27, 2005.
Thank you.

I would like to build a shed a little bigger than the old one is. I need to
move it a little closer to the side of my property because of where my
well is located.
How long have you lived here?
