I have an existing deck and I added another deck to the pool and put a cabana
on it that I use for storage in the winter and use for the pool area in the summer.
Mr. Prager:
Did you have a building permit for the pool when you put it in?
Ms. Rigano:
Yes I did.
Mr. Prager:
Did they know that you were going to do all this work?
Ms. Rigano:
I didn't know I was going to do all this work. I had a friend's father do the
work.
Mr. Warren:
How long are you there?

Ms. Rigano:
25 years.
Mr. Warren:
I think we should do a site inspection on this.
Mr. Prager:
We will do a site visit but we don't really know what day so just put stakes on
both sides of your property and we will set your public hearing for June 27;
2006.

The place that we choose for the pool was the only logical place in my yard.
The other side of my yard is all wooded so this was the only cleared area.

Who put the pool in?
Mrs. Rogan:
Someone we got through Namco and we didn't know that we needed a permit.

About three years ago.

We will also do a site inspection on your property and your public hearing will
