3. Appeal # 591, at the request of Francesco Ilardi, seeking
a variance of Article IV, Section 430 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to allow an extension of the time limit to start construction
of a proposed auto body shop on Old Route 9, being parcel # .6157-04-
633424, in the Town of Wappinger.
4. Appeal # 593, at the request of Vincent & Debra Guarracino,
seeking a variance of Article IV, Section 421, Footnote "E." of the
Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to allow for a frontyard setback

corner of Henry Drive and Myers Corners Road, being parcel # 6157-
02-832939, in the Town of Wappinger.
5. Appeal # 595, at the request of Marco's China, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 416.2 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit a free-standing sign to remain on property
of John and Minnie Sokol located on Route 9, being parcel # 6157-04-
604495, in the Town of Wappinger.
6. Appeal # 597, at the request of Owen Peterson, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 422 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to allow an accessory structure with a ten foot setback
where a 75 foot setback is required, on property located on the corner
of Route 9 and Smithtown Road, being parcel # 6157-04-671026, in
the Town of Wappinger.
7. Appeal # 598, at the request of Owen Peterson, seeking a
variance of Section 416.513 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance,
