1. Appeal ## 605, at the request of Leonard Spinelli (d.b.a.:
Taylor Rental), seeking variances of Section 416.2 of the Town of
Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit him to erect a 3' by 2' sign on
property of Nussbickel Brothers Realty Corp. on Route 9 being
parcel
# 6156-02-763656, and a 3' by 2' sign on property of Peter F.Barbato
on Route 9, being parcel # 6157-02-632086, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 609, at the request of Vincent D'Ambrosio, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 422 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to allow a dwelling to remain on the premises for a limited
period of time while a restaurant use is established and operated on
the same premises, said property located on Old Post Road, being
parcel # 6157-04-623465, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 610, at the request of Midas International Corp.,
seeking a variance of Article IV, Section 422 of the Town'of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to allow for a 33 foot setback from the front
property line where 75 foot setback is required, to locate
a proposed building on property located on the west side of Route 9
north of Middlebush Road, being parcel # 6157-02-604953, in the Town
of Wappinger.
NEW BUSINESS:
= 1. Midas International Corp.-- Application for a Special use
permit to operate a Midas Muffler business on property located on the
west side of Route 9 north of Middlebush Road, in the Town of
Wappinger.
III UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal # 602, at the request of Stereo Magic, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 416.52 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to allow for an additional free-standing temporary
sign to be located on their property located on the corner of
Route 9 and Myers Corners Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal ## 607, at the request of Sharon and Ronald-Karlic,
seeking a variance of Article iv, Section 422 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to allow for the sale of crops grown on the premises
located on Route 376, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 606, at the request of Hans R. Gunderud, Zoning
Administrator, seeking an interpretation of the term "Foster Home".
