f PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 612, at the request of Midas International Corp.,
seeking a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 422, HB - lA Zone
of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit them to construct
a Midas Miffler and under car work business on property located on
Route 9, being parcel # 6157-02-604953, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 620, at the request of Hans Schneider, Inc., seeking
a Special Use Permit pursuant to Section 422, HB - 2A Zone of the
Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a
proposed truck repair and service building on property located on Route 9,
being parcel # 6157-04-570395, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 624, at the request of June Eulie (Sparks Computerized
Tune-ups), seeking a variance of Article IV, Section 416.52 of the
Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit them to erect a.free-
standing sign which measures 38 square feet where 25 square feet is
permitted, on property located on Old Route 9, adjacent to'the Texaco
Station, being parcel # 6157-02-619532, in the Town of Wappinger.
4. Appeal # 625, at the request of John & Michelle Gale, seeking
a variance of Article IV, Section 421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to permit them to construct a detached garage at a lesser
setback than permitted on their property located on Ketchamtown Road,
being parcel # 6156-01-477904, in the Town of Wappinger.
5. Appeal # 626, at the request of Kathryn Castelos and Robert
and Mary Jane Kennedy, seeking a variance of Article IV, Section 421
of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance,.to allow a mobile home
to remain as a residence where a variance was given but one of the
conditions is not being met, on property located on Smithtown Road,
being parcel # 6156-02-973857, in the Town of Wappinger.
6. Appeal # 627, at the request of Joseph Zeller, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 422 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to allow a mobile home to remain as a caretaker's cottage
in a district that does not allow mobile homes or residential uses,
said property being located on Maloney Road, being parcel # 6259-02-
840815, in the Town of Wappinger.
7. Appeal # 628, at the request of William J. Mastrogiacomo,
seeking a variance of Article IV, Section 421 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to allow a carport to be built with a frontyard
setback of 25 feet where a 50 foot setback is required, on property
located on 297 Myers Corners Road, being parcel # 6358-01-103547, in the
Town of Wappinger.

expansion of a non -conforming use of property located on Route 376, in
