non -conforming mobile home with another mobile home, on their
property located on Chelsea Road, being parcel # 6056-03-343488,
in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 631, at the request of Frank Bruno, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 404 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to allow fro a change of use of a non -conforming
business/residential combined use in a zone which does not permit
business or combined uses, on property located on Route 376 and
Diddell Road, being parcel # 6359-03-092173, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 632, at the request of Herbert H. Redl, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 422 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to allow for a 33% coverage of the lot where
25% is the permitted maximum lot coverage, on property located
in an HB -2A zone, on Route 9, being parcel # 6156-02-774941, in
the Town of Wappinger.
C UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal # 625, at the request of John & Michelle Gale, seeking
a variance of Article IV, Section 421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to permit them to construct a detached garage at a lesser
setback than permitted on their property located on Ketchamtown Road,
being parcel # 6156-01-477904, in the Town of Wappinger.
III NEW BUSINESS:
1. Appeal # 630, at the request of Charles 0. Wood, seeking
a Special Use Permit pursuant to Article IV, Section 404.31 of the
Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to allow for the enlargement of
an existing non -conforming use (a service business) as allowed
pursuant to Section 404.31, for premises located on Route 376, in
the Town of Wappinger.
