I PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 418, at the request of Croniser Construction, seeking
a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to permit a newly constructed dwelling to remain at a
sideyard setback of 20.5 feet on Lot ## 33 Joan Lane, in the Naro
Subdivision, located off Robinson Lane, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 420, at the request of Joseph V. & Doris K. Tinelli,
seeking a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit a garage and breezeway to be constructed
within 20 feet of their sideyard lot line on their property located
on 324 Myers Corners Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 421, at the request of the proprietor of the La Fonda
Del Sol Restaurant, seeking a variance of Section 424, paragraph C of
the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of
a proposed 34' by 40' addition to the existing building located on the
corner of Old Route 9 and Hopewell Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
II UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal # 417, at the request of the Shell Oil Company, seeking
variances of Section 423, District LB, Permitted Accessory Uses,
Paragraph "B" of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit
a 64 square foot sign to be erected at a lesser setback than permitted,
on premises located on the corner of Route 9 and Hopewell Road, in
the Town of Wappinger.
2. Letter dated October 30th, 1978 from Robert G. Ruit, Zoning
Administrator - RE: Clarification on Appeal # 402 - Gumpert Property.
