Appeal # 420, at the request of Joseph V. & Doris K. Tinelli, seeking a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit a garage and breezeway to be constructed within 20 feet of their sideyard lot line on their property located on 324 Myers Corners Road, in the Town of Wappinger. 3. Appeal # 421, at the request of the proprietor of the La Fonda Del Sol Restaurant, seeking a variance of Section 424, paragraph C of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a proposed 34' by 40' addition to the existing building located on the corner of Old Route 9 and Hopewell Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
