relief as an aggrieved person with regard to the Zoning Board of
Appeals' interpretation of Section 421, paragraph 17 of the Town
of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit his horse to remain on
his property located on Route 376, being parcel # 6259-04-567145,
consisting of approximately two acres, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 389, at the request of I*nghitano & Sons, Inc.,
seeking a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, for sideyard setback of 18.8' and 19.6' on a
newly constructed single-family home, located on Lot 86 being
12 Pippin Lane, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 390, at the request of Richard De Stefaxis,
seeking a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to erect a 18' by 24' attached one car garage within
fifteen feet of his sideyard lot line, on his property located on
38 Flintrock Read, in the Town of Wappinger.
