1. Appeal # 382, at the request of Alberta T. Roe, seeking
a variance of Section 421, permitted accessory uses in residential
districts, paragraphs A and B of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance and a Spcial Use Permit, to establish and operate
a minature business in her home located on 17 Regency Drive, in
the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 383, at the request of the estate of Helene Mulholland,
seeking a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, for an existing house located approximately eight
feet from the sideyard lot line on property located on 27 Bowdoin Lane,
in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 384, at the request of the Ship's Wheel, Inc.,
seeking a variance of Section 423, permitted accessory uses, paragraph
B of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit them to
erect a 44" by 78" free-standing sign where the Pier 9 sign presently
exists on property located on Route 9, adjacent to D'Agostino's
Nursery, being parcel ¢# 6156-02-705982, in the Town of Wappinger.
