Appeal # 384, at the request of the Ship's Wheel, Inc., seeking a variance of Section 423, permitted accessory uses, paragraph B of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit them to erect a 44" by 78" free-standing sign where the Pier 9 sign presently exists on property located on Route 9, adjacent to D'Agostino's Nursery, being parcel ¢# 6156-02-705982, in the Town of Wappinger.
