PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 378, at the request of George and Loretta Raia,
seeking a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of
Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit their existing swimming pool
deck to remain within approximately six feet of their sideyard lot
line in property located on 60 Carroll Drive, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 379, at the request of Charles R. Mazzeo, seeking
a variance of Section 411.01 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance,
to permit to utilize a bungalow as a storage facility, said structure
had previously been used for residential purposes and is located
approximately within twelve feet of his sideyard lot line on property
on 604 Bungalow Lane, being parcel # 6257-01-438964, in the Town of
Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 380, at the request of Paul Heltzen and Croniser
Construction Corp., seeking a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5
of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit a fireplace
chimney to remain at a sideyard setback of approximately 19+ feet on
a newly constructed single-family residence located on Lot 2, Kent
Ridge Section 1 Subdivision, Kent Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
4. Appeal # 381, at the request of William Ibanez, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 411.07 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit him to construct a modular home on
his property located on Easter Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
Said property having no frontage on a street or highway as defined
by Section 280 A of the Town Law.
II UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal # 371, at the request of E.H. Allen, seeking a
sideyard variance to construct a garage.on property located on
12 Split Tree Drive, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 376, at the Request of Alex Shen, seeking variances
to erect two free-standing signs on his property located on Old Route 9,
in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appointment of a Vice-chairman.
