I PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 375, at the request of Edwin J. & Jocille A. Ziherl,
seeking a variance of Article IV, Section 441.07 of the Town of
Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit them to construct a 20' by 24'
pole barn on their property located on Locust Drive, being parcel #
6256-03-900957, in the Town of Wappinger. Said property having no
frontage on a street or highway as defined by Section 280A of the
Town Law.
2. Appeal # 376, at the request of Alex Shen, seeking variances
of Section 424, HB -1 zone, setback requirements for free-standing
signs, of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit him to
erect two free-standing signs for the A -Kitchen Restaurant, at lesser
setbacks than required, on property located on Old Route 9, being
parcel # 6157-04-638394, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Ferdinand Zipprich (Appeal # 377) is seeking a Special Use
Permit to establish a certified public accountant's office as an
accessory use to his residence located on 332 Myers Corners Road,
being parcel # 6358-01-299560, in the Town of Wappinger.
