I PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. The Town of Wappinger Zoning Board of Appeals will hold
a public hearing pursuant to Section 430 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, on the application of Chelsea Ridge, Inc. for a
Special Use Permit for the construction of 7 garden apartment
buildings containing a total of 168 one -bedroom dwelling units
on their property located on Route 9D and Chelsea Road, being
parcel # 6056-02-510580, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 361, at the request of Blooming Grove Associates,
seeking a variance of Section 411.07 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit them to construct two model homes on
lots 5 and 49 of the Primrose Hill Subdivision, located off
Myers Corners Road, in the Town of Wappinger. Said models are to
be located on lots not on an approved accepted Town Road.
3. The Town of Wappinger Zoning Board of Appeals will hold
a public hearing pursuant to Section 430 of the Town of Wappinger
to Zoning Ordinance, on the application of Rick Elliot Linken for a
Special Use Permit to establish an office with physical theraphy
treatment rooms on premises located on 16 Montfort Road, in the
Town of Wappinger.
II UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal # 352, at the request of William & Frances Dederer,
seeking a variance of Section 416.061 and Section 421 of the Town
of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to allow billboards to remain in
a residential zone on Route 9D, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 358, at the request of Frank La Susa, dba: The
Last Laff, seeking a variance of Section 423, district LB, paragraph "b"
of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit his 3''by 5'
free-standing sign to remain at a lesser setback than required, on
his property located on Route 82, in the Town of Wappinger.
