I PUBLIC HEARINGS:

a variance of Article IV, Section 422 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to vary the setback of a newly constructed single
family home located on Lot 40 on Larissa Lane which is located at
a lesser setback off Larissa Lane than is required by said section
of law for a front yard.
2. Appeal # 352, at the request of William & Frances Dederer,
seeking a variance of Section 416.061 and Section 421 of the Town
of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to allow billboards to remain in
a residential zone on Route 9D, in the Town of Wappinger, being
parcel # 6057-04-930225.
