PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 343, at the request of Thomas E. Logan, seeking
relief as a person aggrieved by a decision of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Administrator dated October 4th, 1976 which issued a Special
Use Permit to Dr. Richard C. Brown to operate a medical clinic on
premises located on New Hackensack Road, in the Town of Wappinger,
being parcel,# 6158-04-588357.
.2. Appeal #_344, at the request of Thomas W. Witchey:; seeking
a variance of Section 423, District HB -1, subparagraph B of the
Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance to permit him to erect a 16 square
foot free-standing sign within 25 feet of his front yard lot line,
on his property located on Old Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger,
being parcel # 6157-02-560660.
3. Appeal # 345, at the request of James and Kathleen Turco,
seeking a use variance of Section 421 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit them to establish a convenience type
grocery business on their premises located on Chelsea Road, in an
R-20 district, in the Town of Wappinger, being parcel ## 6056-01-
048548.
4. Appeal # 346, at the request of Alberta Schnall, seeking a
variance of Section 424, District PI, Required Lot Area of the Town
of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit her to subdivide her property
with existing dwellings located on Old Post Road, in the Town of
Wappinger, being parcel ## 6156-02-82863 and consisting of approximately
1.3 acres.
