I PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 336, at the request of Party Time Caterers, seeking
a variance of Section 423 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance,
to allow them to erect a 36 square foot free-standing sign on their
premises located on Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger, being parcel
# 6157-04-693066.
2. Appeal # 337, at the request of Robert T. Clopp, seeking a
variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to permit the construction of a 20' by 40' in -ground
swimming pool within five feet of his sideyard lot lines on property
located on 25 Wildwood Drive, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 338, at the request of William Diesing for Anthony
and Violet Viverito, seeking a variance of Article IV, Section 411.07
of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction
of a single-family dwelling on a lot located off Carlen Drive, in the
Town of Wappinger, being parcel # 6258-04-730446. Said property having
no frontage on a street or highway as defined by Section 280A of the
Town Law.
4. Appeal # 339, at the request of the Jewish Community Center, Inc.
seeking a variance of Section 413 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to permit two trailers to be located on premises known as
Jekoce Acres located on St. Nicholas Road, in the Town of Wappinger,
being parcel # 6258-01-335950.
5. Appeal # 340, at the request of George Zocchi, New Hackensack
Plaza, seeking a variance of Section 423, paragraph B, Local Business
District of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to erect an eight
foot by six foot directory sign on premises located on Route 376, in
the Town Wappinger, being parcel # 6259-02-530791.
