line on their property located on Peter Drive, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 332, at the request of Bunting Associates, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Sections 423 and 424 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit the erection of a 4' by 5' free-standing
sign at a lesser setback than required on their business premises
located at the southeasterly corner of the intersection of.Hopewell
Road and Route 9D, in Hughsonville, being parcel # 6157-0"-(44109.
3. Appeal # 334, at the request of William Diesing for
Anthony and Violet Viverito, seeking a variance of Article IV, Section
411.07 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit the
construction of a single -family dwelling on a lot located off
Carlen Drive, in the Town of Wappinger, being parcel 3 6258-04-730446.
Said property having no frontage on a street or highs-ay as defined
by Section 280A of the Town Law.

1. Appeal # 333, at the request of Thomas E. Logan, seeking
an interpretation of the definition of a "medical clinic".
