Appeal # 328, at the request of Jack Davis and Chemical Bank Hudson Valley, N.A., seeking a variance of Section 423, paragraph B, under District LB - Permitted Accessory Uses of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit a 7' by 4' sign to remain at a lesser setback than required, on premises located on the corner of Route 9 and Middlebush Road, in the Town of Wappinger. 2. Appeal # 329, at the request of Charles T. Pfeifer, dba - Plaza Liquor, seeking a variance of Section 423, under District LB - Permitted Accessory Uses of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit the erection of a 5' 6" by 4' free-standing sign at a lesser setback than permitted on premises known as the "New Hackensack Plaza" and located on Route 376, in the Town of Wappinger. 3.
