I PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 328, at the request of Jack Davis and Chemical Bank
Hudson Valley, N.A., seeking a variance of Section 423, paragraph B,
under District LB - Permitted Accessory Uses of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit a 7' by 4' sign to remain at a lesser
setback than required, on premises located on the corner of Route 9
and Middlebush Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 329, at the request of Charles T. Pfeifer, dba - Plaza
Liquor, seeking a variance of Section 423, under District LB - Permitted
Accessory Uses of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to permit
the erection of a 5' 6" by 4' free-standing sign at a lesser setback
than permitted on premises known as the "New Hackensack Plaza" and
located on Route 376, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 330, at the request of Furman B. Rogers, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 411.07 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit the construction of a single-family
dwelling on his lot located on Schlicter Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
Said property having no frontage on a street or highway as defined by
Section 280A of the Town Law.
II UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal # 303, at the request of Michael A. Schwall, dba
M. & G. Sanitation, seeking an interpretation of Section 423, Local
Business, paragraphs 2,7, and 8 and a variance in connection with the
revocation of a building permit by the Building Inspector for the
proposed construction of a garage on parcel number 6157-01-041593,
located on Old Hopewell Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
III MISCELLANEOUS:
1. Voucher dated 5/18/76 from Philip E. Stillerman for
transcript of Appeal # 303.
