I PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 265, at the request of Mr. John Alexander, seeking a
variance of Section 413 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to
allow two additional mobile homes to remain on premises which already
contain one legally non -conforming mobile home on property located
on All Angels Hill Road, in the Town of Wappinger. Said premises are
not an approved mobile home park.
2. Appeal # 312, at the request of Mr. H.G. Opdyke, seeking a
variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to permit him to construct a 20' by 30' addition to his
home within ten feet of his sideyard lot line, on his property located
on 8 Cindy Lane, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 313, at the request of Mr. Carl Pierce, dba Pier 9,
seeking relief as a person aggrieved by a decision of the Town of
Wappinger Zoning Board of Appeals. The relief sought by the appellant
is permission to allow continued operation of a fish store on the
Pier 9 premises located on the westerly side of Route 9, in the Town of
Wappinger.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal # 307, at the request of Gasparo and Frances Tornatore,
seeking a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to allow them to erect a 22' by 24' detached garage
within six feet of their sideyard lot line, on their property located
on Old Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 311, at the request of Mr. Benedict D. Wielgos, seeking
a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to permit him to erect a 12' by 22' attached garage within
thirteen feet of his sideyard lot line, on his property located on
3 Rich Drive, in the Town of Wappinger.
