PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 298, at the request of John Guido, seeking a variance
of Article IV, Section 413 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance
to place a mobile home on his property located on 13 Curry Road, in the
Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 299, at the request of Emelio Marquino, seeking a
variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to permit him to construct an attached 12' by 20' garage
within 5'6" of his sideyard lot line, on his property located
on 15 Tuscarora Drive, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 300, at the request of Thomas W. Witchey, seeking a
variance of Section 424, Schedule of Setback Requirements for the
HB -1 District, in relation to his office building located within
47 feet of his front yard lot line located on his property on Old Route
9, in the Town of Wappinger.
4. Appeal # 301, at the request of David Watkins, seeking a
variance of Section 421, paragraph 17 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to establish a public stable for the keeping of horses on
his property located on Brown Road, containing 9+ acres in the Town
of Wappinger.
5. Appeal # 302, at the request of John Bunting, a resident of
Hughsonville, seeking relief as a persons aggrieved in the matter of
the granting of a building permit by the Building Inspector to
M & G sanitation, for the construction of a garage on parcel
number 6157-01-041593, located on Old Hopewell Road, in the Town of
Wappinger.
6. Appeal # 303, at the request of Michael A. Schwall, dba - M & G
Sanitation, seeking an interpretation of Section 423, Local Business,
paragraphs 2,7, and 8 and a variance in connection with the revocation
of a building permit by the Building Inspector for the proposed
construction of a garage on parcel number 6157-10-041593, located on
Old Hopewell Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
7. Appeal # 304, at the request of Herbert I. Stoller, seeking a
variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to permit him to construct a 20' by 28' addition to his
residence within eleven feet of his sideyard lot line, on his property
located on 26 Sabra Lane, in the Town of Wappinger

8. Appeal # 305, at the request of Carl Pierce, dba - Pier 9,
seeking a variance of Section 423 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, paragraph entitled "HB -2", and Section 424 of the Town
of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, said section entitled "Business and
Industry District Standards", to allow him to establish two principal
permitted uses on approximately two acres of land which is zoned HB -2
to allow one principal use per two acres of land and is located on the
westerly side of Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger.
9. Appeal # 306, at the request of Warren J. Atkins, seeking a
variance of Section 422, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit to construct a single-family dwelling
within 25 feet of his front yard lot line and within 30 feet of his
rear yard lot line. on property located on Old Troy Road, in the
Town of Wappinger.
