PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 285, at the request of Bob Smith's New Hackensack
Service Center, seeking a variance of Section 423, Paragraph B, Local
Business District of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to allow
his free-standing `!Shell" sign, to remain at its present location on
property located on Route 376, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 286, at the request of FJA Holding Corp., D.B.A.
Sparkling Seasons, is seeking a variance of Section 423 of the Town
of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to allow them to erect a free-standing
sign, at a lesser setback than required, on their property located
on Route 9 and Smithtown Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 287, at the request of F. Allan & Cecilia M. Smith,
seeking a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, for an existing house located 19.3 feet from the
sideyard lot line on property located on 11 Alpert Drive, in the
Town of Wappinger.
4. Appeal # 288, at the request of Miss Julie Farver, seeking an
interpretation of Section 421, "Permitted Accessory Uses in Residential
Districts", paragraph b of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, in
relation to swimming instruction conducted at her residence located
on 65 Edgehill Drive, in the Town of Wappinger. (Letter dated 7/3;./75

II UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal # 282, at the request of Kurt E. & Janet Schneider,
seeking a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to allow them to construct an attached 20' by 24'
garage within twelve feet of their sideyard lot line, on property
located on 62 Edgehill Drive, in the Town of Wappinger.
