a variance of Article IV, Section 413 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to allow him to place a mobile home on his property
located on Hackensack Heights Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 282, at the request of Kurt E. & Janet Schneider,
seeking a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to allow them to construct an attached 20` by 24`
garage within twelve feet of their sideyeard lot line, on property
located on 62 Edgehill Drive, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 283, at the request of Betty M. Beck, seeking an.
interpretation of the definition "mobile home" and an interpretation
of Section 413 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance.
