PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 276, at the request of Mrs. Ann Peragino, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit her to erect a 10' by 34' attached garage
within four feet of her.sideyard lot line, on her property located on
10 Onondaga Drive, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 277, at the request of Crimswal Realty Company, seeking
a variance of Section 424, paragraph A of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to allow off-street parking in front of proposed buildings
at a lesser setback than required, on their property located at the
intersection of Old Route 9 and Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 278, at the request of Gerard R. Gunthert, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit him to erect a 13' by 24' attached garage
within eight feet of his sideyard lot line, on his property located
on 31 Quarry Drive, in the Town of Wappinger.
4. Appeal # 279, at the request of Ronald Koretsky, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit him to erect a 24' by 30' detached garage,
on his property located on 56 Top O Hill Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
5. Appeal # 280, at the request of Edwin J. & Jocille A. Ziherl,
seeking a variance of Article IV, Section 411.07 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit them to construct a 24' by 24' living room
addition and a 20' by 27' deck on their property located on Locust Drive,
in the Town of Wappinger, said property having no frontage on a street
or highway as defined by Section 280A of the Town Law.
