I PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 254, at the request of Mr. Frank Ingrao, d.b.a.: New
Hackensack Pharmacy, Inc., seeking relief as a person aggrieved by a
decision of the Zoning Administrator which directed Appellant to remove
or make adjustment to his free-standing sign, so said sign located on
premises known as the New Hackensack. Plaza, will conform to the require-
ment of Section 423, paragraph B, Local Business district of the Town
of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance and a decision of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Board of Appeals on a previous appeal which denied the appellant
relief as an aggrieved person.
2. Appeal # 255, at the request of Mr. Arnold Solomon, d.b.a.:
Arnold's Health Foods, seeking a variance of Section 423, paragraph B,
Local Business district of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to
allow his free-standing sign to remain on property known as the New
Hackensack Plaza and located on the corner of Route 376 and Maloney Road,
in the Town of Wappinger. (Recommendation of Dutchess Co. Dept. of Plan.)
3. Appeal # 256, at the request of Mr. William Utter, seeking a
variance of Article IV, Section 411.07 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance to allow him to obtain building permits to construct a single-
family dwelling, a detatched two -car garage, and a swimming pool on
property located on Elm Place, in the Town of Wappinger, said property
having no frontage on a street or highway as defined by Section 280 A
of the Town Law.
4. Appeal # 257, at the request of Liberman's Service Center, Inc.,
seeking a variance of Section 423, paragraph B, Local Business district
of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to allow their free-standing
sign to remain on property located on the corner of De Garmo Hills Road
and Myers Corners Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
II UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal # 248, at the request of Alexander Bottino. Letter
dated January 22, 1975 requesting extension until March 11th, 1975
meeting.

Regular meeting of December 10th, 1974.
