Appeal # 251, at the request of Mr. Arnold Solomon, d.b.a.; Arnold's Health Foods, seeking a valiance of Section 423 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to allow his free-standing sign to remain on property known as the New Hackensack Plaza and located on the corner of Route 376 and Maloney Road, in the Town of Wappinger. (This Appeal was referred to the Dutchess County Dept, of Planning.) 2. Appeal # 252, at the request of Shirley E. Sheeley, d.b.a.: Sheeley Realty, seeking a variance of Section 423 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, to allow her free-standing sign to remain on the "Plaza Nine" site located on the east side of Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger. Appeal # 248, at the request of Alexander Bottino - Bottino's Garage, seeking relief as persons aggrieved by a decision of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board's site plan approval granted to the appellant which states "Body work shall be done only on cars belonging to Bottino Used Cars Sales and Service."
