I PUBLIC HEARINGS:
1. Appeal # 307, at the request of Gasparo and Frances Tornatore
seeking a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to allow them to erect a 22' by 24' detached garage
within six feet of their sideyard lot line, on their property located
on Old Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 308, at the request of Crimswal Realty, Co. seeking
a variance of Section 424, HB -1 district, rear yard requirements, to
permit him to construct a building within fifteen feet of the rear
yard lot line, on property located at the junction of Route 9 and
Old Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger.
3. Appeal # 309, at the request of Dorothy and Charles Mazzeo
seeking a variance of Section 421 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to allow them to occupy an existing cottage while they
construct a new dwelling on their property located on Bungalow Lane,
in the Town of Wappinger. Appellants plan to remove the existing
structure when the new dwelling is completed.
4. Appeal # 310, at the request of Rudolf Hoermann, dba - House
of Music, Inc., seeking a variance of Section 424, GB District, rear
yard requirements, to permit him to construct an addition to an
existing building within fifteen feet of the rear yard lot line,
said building located on the east side of Route 9 on the former Falls
Liquor Store site, in the Town of Wappinger.
5. Appeal # 311, at the request of Benedict D. Wielgos seeking
a variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to permit him to erect a 12' by 22' attached garage within
thirteen feet of his sideyard lot line, on his property located on
3 Rich Drive, in the Town of Wappinger.
II UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
1. Appeal # 303, at the request of Michael A. Schwall, dba -
M. & G. Sanitation, seeking a variance in connection with the revocation
of a building permit by the Building Inspector for the proposed
construction of a garage on parcel number 6157-01-041593, located
on Old Hopewell Road, in the Town of Wappinger.
2. Appeal # 304, at the request of Herbert I. Stoller seeking a
variance of Section 422, paragraph 5 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning
Ordinance, to permit him to construct a 20' by 28' addition to his
residence within eleven feet of his sideyard lot line, on his property
located on 26 Sabra Lane, in the Town of Wappinger.

variance of Section 422, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Town of Wappinger
Zoning Ordinance, to permit him to construct a single-family dwelling

rear yard lot line, on property located on Old Troy Road, in the
Town of Wappinger.
