Gentlemen:
An executive meeting has been set for August 25, 1975 at
7:30 P.M. with Town Board, your Board and Mr. Lapar to discuss
storm drainage on Carlen Drive.
EHS:gr
Yours truly,
Elaine H. Snowden
Town Clerk
HS : gr
Lou,
Was this meeting scheduled to discuss the drainage on
Carlen Drive or a master storm 'drainage plan for the Town of
Wappinger?
With regard to the Carlen Drive situation, the Planning
Board met with Rudy Lapar, Bill Horton, the applicant and
th.e.applicant•.s engineer on Monday, August 18th, 1975 in
executive session. At that time Mr. Lapar noted that the
drainage would be resolved in the normal procedure whereby
the Engineer to the Town, the Highway Superintendent and the
applicant's engineer go over the plans
(over)
In view of this, Mr. Steinhaus felt that if only Carlen Drive
was to be discussed there really was no reason to meet as Mr. Lapar
felt that the drainage could be worked out.
Please advise me as soon as possible if this meeting.should
still be held.
Thank you.
Betty -Ann
Mr. Diehl has advised me that other matters will be discussed
and feels that the meeting should be held to "clear the air and. -
resolve some questions that appear to be in doubt".
