Lieberman 20 Middlebush Road Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 Dear Mr. Lieberman: RECEIVED MAY 1 0 X010 FIRE INSPECTOR TOWN OF WAPPINGER I was informed by your assistant Michelle that you needed documentation that we manage Wildwood Manor Condominiums, and a list of Board Member's. Attached please find a list of the current Board. The Annual Meeting is scheduled for May, so this will need to be updated after that meeting. Please let this letter serve as your notice that we manage this property, and that all mail to the association must go to the above address. In addition, attached is the Affidavit of Carbon Monoxide Atarm Installation. Please note that when you sent this, there was no copy of the law attached. I have researched the laws, and because all of the equipment at Wildwood Manor is powered by electric, it is my understanding that we do not need to install c/o detectors.
