"Multi -family dwellings for use by employees employed by Black Watch Farm may be constructed in accordance with plans submitted to building inspector and attached to Appeal #14. This variance should be granted since the Black Watch Fars is of considerable acreage engaged in a specialised bubiness requiring some key employees to be available at any time: thereby aocomodations must be furnished on the premises. Since the main house is located a considerable distance (in excess of 1%3 of A mile and actually in a different township) from the proposed structure, each house then has its own lot in excess of the required footage for that zone. The proposed structure must conform with the schedule of residence district standards. The structure may be used to house only the families actually employed on the farm and *hall not be used for rental purposes or as a commercial venture at any time. Motion carried unanimously.
