1963-12-03A special meeting of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Board of Appeals was called to order on Tuesday# December 3# 1963# at the Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, N.B., at 8 p.m. Members present were: Thomas Graham Wilmer xfill Kermit Booker Robert L'Arohevesque John Zwynenburg Others present were: Joseph Ludewig The minutes of the November 19th meeting were read by Mr. Becker and a motion to accept as read was made by Mr. Graham and seconded �y Mr. L Arehevesque. Appeal #120 Xr. A. Wendell, Beechwood 01role# Wappingers Falls, for a variance to the Zoning Ordimanoe. Mr. Wendell was sworn in by Mr. L'Archevesque. Mr. J. Padloski# neighbor# appeared and spoke in favor of the appeal. He also submitted a letter for Mr. b Mrs. Farley# neighbors, which was in favor of the appeal. No one appeared to speak against the appeal. Appeal #139 Mr. James B. Quinn, South Fowler House Road, Wappingers Falls, I.T. for a variance to the Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Quinn was sworn in by Mr. L'Arohevesque. Members of the Appeals Board questioned Mr. Quinn. No one appeared to speak in savor or against the appeal. Hearings closed. M=eoutive Session. Appeal #12. A motion was made by Mr. L'Arohevesque and seconded by Mr. Graham that the variance be granted. Motion unanimously approved. Appeal #13. A motion was made by Mr. hill and seconded by Mr. Graham that the varianoe be granted. Motion unanimously passed. One provision was made in this motion and that is that the side yard will be 12 feet and the front yard will be 27 feet. Motion was made by Mr. hill that the meeting adjourn.
