At this time the applicant was sworn in.
Our architect wanted to increase the size of the rooms after we
received the first variance to be able to meet code. He took the
rooms from 13 feet to 15 feet wide to the side
We have been out there for a site visit during the first variance. Is
there anyone in the audience with questions or comments? Hearing
none. Anyone on the board?
This is not coming toward the road further but just going to the side,
right?

Last year we were granted a variance for a pool and now we would
like to connect a deck to it. We need to go to the side because we
have a 6 foot vinyl fence to the rear that encloses the pool.
Is this an above ground pool?
Yes.
Who is installing this and we would also like to see plans for this by
the next meeting?
Bob DeLuca is the builder and I will get the plans.
Is the deck to be in line with the pool?
Yes.
Do you have a survey and if so bring that also next time.

We also have been here before and previously approved for the new
garage. Now we would like to extend out deck and enclose it. We
need a variance but this will be flush with the approved garage and
form a straight line.
Do you have a better sketch?
I have the same drawings with me. I do have a survey that I can show
you.
I see you're property is angled.
At this time Ms. Montaque and the board discussed the survey and
plans.
Even though we have done a site visit we will come and look again
on the 24th of April. Your Public Hearing will be on April 27, 2004.
