I am looking for a garage facing the road with an addition above for
a dining room. I need 15 feet and can supply 11 feet so I need a 4
foot variance.
Is the garage on the side now?
Yes it's underneath and it is tight to make the turn into it.
Your site plan shows a shed?
It's really a doll house and it will be coming down with the
construction.
Any other questions?
I would like to see this again.
Ok we'll set the site visit for this Saturday, March 13, 2004 at 9:00
am. We were out there last summer but can you put stakes or
something out there to mark out the addition. I will also set the
Public Hearing for March 23,2004.
