The Town of Wappinger, hereinafficr called the Owner, is soliciting proposals from qualified
vendors to provide a Mobile ADA Restroom per the attached technical specification. Vendor to
provide complete product brochure and form of warranty with bid. Where applicable to the labor
provided, prevailing wage rates shall be paid and certified payroll will be required to be
submitted with each payment request.

Proposals will be considered at the September 22, 2013 Town Board meeting, If award is to
proceed to the Successful Bidder, it will be on, or around, September 23, 2013. Delivery shall be
made within 120 days of notice of award.
OWNER'S RIGH'T'S RESERVED: The Owner reserves the right to reject any ~ all bids and to
waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the imerest of the Owner.
STATEMENT OF NON-COLLUSION: Bidders are inquired to execute the non-collusion bidding
certificate presetrted within the Request for Proposal Requirements, Pursuant to Section 103d of the
General Municipal Law of the State of New York. Bidders are required to comply with the
provision of Section 291 299 of the Executive Law of the State of New York.
The Owner hereby notifies all Bidders that it will afl'imiatively insure that in regard to any Contract
entered into pursuant to this request for proposal, minority business enterprises will be afforded full
opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the
grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for any award_

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Town of Wappinger invites bids for the "Robinson Lane Baseball Fie/d -Mobile ADA Restroom"
located in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York. This project is funded in part by a
Community Development Block Grant administered by the Dutchess County Department of Planning.
Separate sealed bids will be received by the Town of Wappinger Town Clerk Office at the Town Hall
located at 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590 until 2:OOnm (local time) on September 12,
2013 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after that time will not be
accepted.
The Work of the project will be let for the following Contracts:
Contract 1 Robinson Lane Baseball Feld - Mobile ADA Restroom
The Work of the project shall be completed within 120 days from the notice of award.
Copies of the Bidding Documents will be available starting, August 28, 2013, at the Town of Wappinger
Town Clerk Office at the Town Hall located at 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, NY 12590. Partial
sets will not be distributed.
Prospective bidders may request clarifications of the Bid Documents by contacting Greg Bolner (phone
845-567-2011 fax 845-567-9614). All requests for clarifications shall be submitted in writing.
Attention of the Bidder is particularly called to the Owner's sales tax exemption, the requirements as to
conditions of employment to be observed, and the prevailing wage rates to be paid under the Contract. In
addition, the Bidding Documents contain detailed requirements for the qualification of Bidders.
Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope bearing on its face the name and address of the Bidder and
the title of the Work to which the bid enclosed relates.
No Bidder may withdraw his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual bid opening.
The Owner reserves the right to waive any and all informalities in, or to reject, any or all bids.
The Owner further reserves the right to disqualify Bidders for any material failure to comply with the bid
documents.
