The primary individual we would offer for the Town Consultant position would be Mr. Robert Cameron, R.A. Mr. Cameron has been successfully leading the Village of Cold Spring Planning Board as Consultant A/E. Mr. Cameron lives in Dutchess County, Town of LaGrange. Putnam Engineering is presently the Consultant to the Village of Cold Spring Planning Board. Putnam Engineering had previously consulted with the Town of Philipstown and the Town of Kent. A list of contacts, names, addresses, emails and phone numbers is attached. Our work program for meeting the requirements of the Town of Wappingers' Planning Board is as follows: • Keep advised from the Board of upcoming projects and submissions. Evaluate as early as possible the work load for the forthcoming project. • Make staff available to meet the needs of the project. • Attend all Planning Board meetings, work sessions, site inspections, and special meetings as required and necessary. • Develop a schedule or a list of activities, actions and potential issues, which will need to be addressed as part of the project. Evaluate if there is a significant activity which the applicant will need to start to study and address early on. • Upon obtaining a submission package, immediately verify the package is complete with information as required. Perform a brief sweep of information, if anything is missing, advise the Chairman and Secretary of the Board. • Perform a site inspection. • Provide a written memo in advance of the meeting so Board Members can review and ask questions. • Provide reference materials, as necessary or as requested, to support the Board's position. • Do our homework before offering comment. A list of our staff and their field of expertise is attached. A list of our staff rates is attached in a separate envelope, as requested. Senior Engineer, Environmental Engineer/Hazard Inspector Education: M.S., 1981 Civil and Environmental Engineering M. Tech., 1979 Civil and Environmental Engineering B.S., 1977 Civil Engineering • Registration: Professional Engineer in New York and California • Experience: Mr. Kosuri is a licensed professional engineer with approximately 30 years of experience in environmental engineering, including design and inspection for public works projects. He is presently a Consultant to P/E on civil engineering and environmental impact assessment projects, including those for water supply systems, highway reconstruction, solid waste disposal facilities, and wastewater treatment facilities. Prior to joining P/E, Mr. Kosuri served as a project engineer for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection, where he was responsible for design and inspection for special projects in civil engineering. He was involved in capital replacement programs for 14 water pollution control treatment plants and 80 pumping stations. Mr. Kosuri's prior experience also includes planning and design for the upgrade of a 25 MGD treatment plant to 40 MGD plant. Mr. Kosuri held a position with the Nassau County Department of Health, where he was involved in supervision of construction projects such as watermain installations, regulation of water supply wells, and groundwater monitoring. He also served as an environmental. analyst for the US Environmental Protection Agency, where he conducted air pollution studies as part of EPA and NIOSH programs. Mr. Kosuri is a certified asbestos investigator. David Benson. P.E. Project Engineer Education: B.S., Civil Engineering Registration: Professional Engineer, New York Experience: Mr. Benson has a long association with our company; he presently consults for us as needed. We also do not bill mileage expenses for travel to/ from and within the Town for the benefit of the Town. Where escrow accounts are established for developer inspection services, mileage will be billed at the prevailing federal rate.
