EXPERIENCE
r. Stone is a Board Certified Environmental Engineer (BCEE) with more than 20
years of experience in water and wastewater project planning and engineering.
Mr. Stone is well versed in the coordination and management of large
multidisciplinary projects such as the design of $10 million in upgrades to the Heritage
Village Wastewater Treatment Plant in Southbury, CT and field coordination/management/
design investigations for the worlds deepest ocean outfall in Ponce, Puerto Rico.
Mr. Stone is also a member of the Town of Carmel Environmental Conservation Board,
responsible for project review for compliance with Town Code relative to wetlands
protection including such things as proposed construction phase and post construction
stormwater management practices. A more detailed summary of Mr. Stone's project

VILLAGE OF TUXEDO PARK, NY
Under an on-call engineering contract, Mr. Stone reviews all projects for adequacy
of sewer and water infrastructure as well as for compliance of stormwater
management practices with the NYSDEC Stormwater Management Design Manual.
Mr. Stone also provided coordination assistance for development of the Village
Wide Sewer and Water System GIS database and implementation of the New
York State DEC Regions 3 mandated Sewer System Evaluation Survey program.

facilities in the NY Catskill Region as part of the NYCDEP's total watershed protection
program. Responsible for day to day coordination of field and office activities including
pilot system design, setup, operation, data tracking and evaluation, and process design.
