Authority, Mr. Pethic performed the following services:
• Senior Field Inspector during an improvement project for Interstate 84 for the
New York State Bridge Authority, Newburgh-Beacon Bridges that covered 585,000
square feet of roadway.
• Resident engineering duties associated with two projects located at the Rip Van
Winkle Bridge in Catskill, New York.
• Project Engineer, Rehabilitation Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge Over the Hudson River,
on behalf of the New York State Bridge Authority. Oversaw day-to-day operations,
assisted in project scheduling, subcontractor purchase orders, mobilization coor-
dination, cost control, change orders, and material procurement.
• Inspected soil and concrete boring operations for bridges in Poughkeepsie, New

• Prepared contract specifications and plans for NYSDOT suspension bridge, Wurts

SPECIFIC PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Assisted in the development of a Sewer System Evaluation Survey for the Village
of Tuxedo Park, NY. Conducted flow monitoring at multiple sites to determine the
extent of the Infiltration/Inflow (I/I) present in the Village's sanitary sewer sys-
tem. Mr. Zongol also supervised CCTV crews to televise sewer mains in problem
locations and conducted dye tests and home inspections searching for
inappropriate connections to the Village's sanitary sewer system. Utilizing data col-
lected in the field, Mr. Zongol generated a report with repair recommendations to the
Village to maximize I/I reduction efforts.
Provided construction oversight services for the installation of approximately 1,400
lineal feet of new water main and a PRV vault in the Village of Tuxedo Park. Mr. Zon-
irr gol performed record keeping in conformance with MURK (Manual for Uniform Record
Keeping), which included daily engineer's report, monthly progress payments, job
submittals, digital photos, and contract change orders. In addition, Mr. Zongol had to
manage issues that arose through the term of the project with homeowners and busi-
~" nesses while ensuring the overall safety of the public in the work zone.
Engineer providing support for projects within the Village of Tuxedo Park, New York
wastewater treatment facility. Mr. Zongol has designed renovations and improvements
to the Chlorination Building and provided bid services. He also has designed and coor-
dinated the fabrication and installation of an innovative cover for the secondary clari-
F fier at the wastewater treatment facility for use during the winter to prevent freezing.
Mr. Zongol was a member of the field crew conducting smoke testing and catch basin
dye tests for the Rockland County Sewer District No. 1 during the summer of 2010.

Provided GPS and GIS Systems Support for the Fa112008 Zone 1 Smoke Testing Program
for Rockland County Sewer District No. 1. The project included complete field program
coordination, data management, and field work for approximately 500,000 linear feet
of sanitary sewer. The work included advance and "day of" local agency notifications,
48-hour advance flyer notification of all affected residents on a daily basis, performance
of all smoke testing, GPS location of defects and data post processing to sub meter
accuracy, defect reporting, production logging and complete data management and
final reporting as well as coordination with District representatives and affected local
agencies throughout the project.
Middletown, Rhode Island, Sewer and Storm Drain Mapping and Inspection -GIS ana-
lyst for the inventory and map of the town's sanitary sewer system and storm drain
outfalls. The sanitary sewer mapping was performed to assist the town with planning,
maintenance, management, and collections, as well as supporting GASB34 require-
ments. The storm drain mapping and inspection was conducted in compliance with
EPA Phase II Stormwater Regulations, GASB34, and to improve the overall Stormwater
management operations of the town.
Develops and maintains project websites for various projects. Performs regular updates
