2007-059C 2007-59 Resolution Authorizing Town Clerk to Attend Conference At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February 26th, 2007. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor Councilmembers ABSENT: Joseph Ruggiero William H. Beale Vincent F. Bettina Joseph P. Paoloni Maureen McCarthy The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by Councilman Beale. WHEREAS, Town Clerk Chris Masterson has requested authorization to attend the New York State Town Clerks Association Annual Conference to be held April 291h to May 2nd in Rochester, New York. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That Town Clerk Chris Masterson is hereby authorized to attend the New York State Town Clerks Association Annual Conference to be held April 291h to May 2nd in Rochester, New York at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred Forty-one Dollars and 00/100 ($441.00).
