Resolution Authorizing Highway Superintendent to Advertise for Bids for Various
Highway Supplies
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February
26th, 2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
WHEREAS, Graham Foster, Town of Wappinger Highway Superintendent, has
requested in his letter dated January 25th, 2007, a copy of which is attached hereto, to go out to
bid for various supplies and services for the Highway Department for 2007
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, Highway Superintendent Graham Foster
has been authorized to go out to bid for various supplies and services for the Highway
Department for 2007.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
