2007-0872007_87 COPY Resolution Authorizing Refund of Unused Escrow for 18 Adams Street for Driveway and Stabilization At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on May 14th, 2007. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor Councilmembers ABSENT: Joseph Ruggiero William H. Beale Vincent F. Bettina Joseph P. Paoloni Maureen McCarthy The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by Councilwoman McCarthy. WHEREAS, on or about December 27th, 2004, Donald Mazochi deposited Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($2,500.00) with the Town of Wappinger for the property located at 18 Adams Street for driveway and stabilization, and WHEREAS, Donald Mazochi has requested a refund in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($2,500.00), and has been approved by Salvatore Morello III, Code Enforcement Officer, in letter dated April 9th, 2007, to the Town of Wappinger Town Board. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. Payment is approved in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($2,500.00) made payable to Donald Mazochi for the refund of the unused escrow deposited for the property located at 18 Adams Street.
