Resolution to Authorize an Autistic Child Area Sign to be Placed on 39 Widmer Road
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on May 14th,
2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Paoloni and seconded by
Councilwoman McCarthy.
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Cantalupo, who live at 39 Widmer Road, have an autistic son;
and
WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Cantalupo have sent the Town Board a letter dated April 251h,
2007, hereby attached, requesting an Autistic Child Area sign be placed on their property to
increase the community's awareness.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes an Autistic Child Area sign to be placed at 39
Widmer Road.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
