2007-1022007-102 �1 Resolution Authorizing Refund of Unused Escrow for 40 Whites Corner Lane for Stabilization and Driveway At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 11th, 2007. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Councilmembers ABSENT: Supervisor William H. Beale Vincent F. Bettina (arrived at 7:58 PM) Joseph P. Paoloni Maureen McCarthy Joseph Ruggiero The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by Councilman Bettina. WHEREAS, on or about February 8th, 2006 O'Donnell & Sons deposited Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and 00/100 ($9,750.00) with the Town of Wappinger for the property located at 40 Whites Corner Lane for stabilization and driveway, and WHEREAS, O'Donnell & Sons has requested a refund in the amount of Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and 00/100 ($9,750.00) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. Payment is retroactively approved in the amount of Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and 00/100 ($9,750.00) made payable to O'Donnell & Sons Inc., for the refund of the unused escrow deposited for the property located at 40 Whites Corner Lane.
