Resolution Appointing Eugene Pinto to the Planning Board to Complete Alan WeitlichIs
Unexpired Term that Expires 1/4/2012
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 251",
2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor
Councihnembers
ABSENT:
Joseph Ruggiero
William H. Beale
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
Vincent F. Bettina
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Paoloni and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, Alan Weitlich resigned from the Planning Board on 6/1/2007 and left a
vacancy, and
WHEREAS, Alan Weitlich's term expires on 1/4/2012, and
WHEREAS, the Wappinger Town Board has conducted interviews and found Eugene
Pinto to be the individual capable of filling the vacancy for the Planning Board, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Eugene Pinto is hereby appointed to
the Town of Wappinger Planning Board to finish Alan Weitlich's term that expires 1/4/2012.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
