Resolution Appointing Marsha Leed to the Planning Board to Complete Ricky Harrison's
Unexpired Term that Expires 1/4/2009
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 25,
2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmembers - William H. Beale
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
ABSENT:
Vincent F. Bettina
The following Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Ruggiero and seconded by
Councilwoman McCarthy.
WHEREAS, Ricky Harrison resigned from the Planning Board on May l Ot", 2007, and
left a vacancy, and
WHEREAS, Ricky Harrison's term expires on 1/4/2009, and
WHEREAS, the Wappinger Town Board has conducted interviews and found Marsha
Leed to be the individual capable of filling the vacancy for the Planning Board, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Marsha Leed is hereby appointed to
the Town of Wappinger Planning Board to finish Ricky Harrison's term that expires 1/4/2009.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
