Resolution Appointing Recreation Committee Member Until 2012
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 25th,
2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor
Councilmembers
ABSENT:
Joseph Ruggiero
William H. Beale
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
Vincent F. Bettina
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilwoman McCarthy.
WHEREAS, the Wappinger Town Board appoints members to the Recreation
Committee, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Recreation Committee consists of six members,
and
WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the Recreation Committee with a term that
expires on 5/1/2012, and
WHEREAS, the Wappinger Town Board has conducted interviews and found Uma
Satyendra to be the individual capable of filling the vacancy for the Recreation Committee, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Uma Satyendra is hereby appointed to
the Town of Wappinger Recreation Committee to a term that expires 5/1/2012.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
